All our charcuterie is handmade from our free range mangalitza pork, which we think is second to none when it comes to salami and chorizo  Our pigs have time to grow slowly and forage outdoors as nature intended, making for a pretty tasty sausage.


Past products have included a lovely finocchiona, an italian style fennel salami, a rich smokey chorizo, and a cheeky little snack salami, pancetta, and lamb bacon.


Our charcuterie is out of stock at the moment, it's been a busy year, but we're working on some new products over the winter, and will announce any new arrivals on our social media.
